1 bedroom apartment
Nearly all the apartments are dual aspect which means they have light and views in two directions. All the apartments meet the generous AAP space standards and have large terraces or balconies. They are accessed via a secure communal stair (containing stairs and lift) with a maximum of 5 apartments per floor.
2 bedroom apartment
Illustrated here is are plans of 1 bed and 2 bed flats in Block 5 on Sedan Way. Where possible we are offering a layout option where residents can choose between a separate kitchen or a more open plan layout according to their preference
